Returns & Exchanges

GYMMAJOR accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise (with the exception of cosmetics, swimwear, and candles) for refund within 30 days of receiving the original purchase. Any custom or personalized products cannot be returned. Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!

We currently do not generate return labels for international shipments, customers will be responsible for return shipments & cost.

When you buy from us, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re less than 100% satisfied, please contact  customer experience team, at 510-585-3761 or customer@gymmajor.com so that we can make it right. 

No returns are possible for custom-ordered items or consumable products.

*All shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Keep in mind that some of the items in our catalogue are offered with no shipping fees. For this reason, if you return one of these items the actual outbound shipping fees may be deducted from the refund provided. Before completing the refund process, all the returned items will be inspected. When exchanged for another item of equal or greater value, the original shipping fees may be waived.

Due to hygiene protocol there are certain products within our catalogue that MAY NOT BE RETURNED. There will be no refunds or exchanges made for the following:

Raised toilet seats, Commodes, Erection Aids, Catheters etc...

How long does it take to process a return?

Once Italic receives a return, please give us 5 business days to review and inspect the item. Once reviewed, expect a refund within 2-3 business days either to the original payment method or in store credit. At this point in time, GYMMAJOR is unable to return processing fees that are collected from the payment provider.

If a product that you have ordered is defective or damaged, please immediately get in touch with the customer experience team
