Exercise method
When exercising, hold for one second after squeezing, and then release. Don't loosen it quickly, otherwise the exercise effect will not be achieved and the muscles will be sore.
Persistence every day will increase your grip strength and your forearm strength will gradually increase. Exercise every day, instead of exercising hundreds of times at a time, rest for a few days and then exercise. This will not work and will strain your muscles.
Novice practice: 4 groups a day, each group of 8-12, each group rest 60 seconds, after practicing the left hand, then practice the right hand.
Advanced practice: 4 groups a day, each group of 20-25, each group rests for 30 seconds, after practicing the left hand, then practice the right hand.
